We only deal in natural stone. These are subject to natural fluctuations.

Please note:

Deviations in color and structure, even beyond the sample frame, are reserved, provided that they are due to the nature of the materials used and are customary in the trade. This also includes changes in color caused by corrosion. These deviations can also occur beyond the sample frame.

Material dimensions and yields are to be understood as guidelines and empirical values; we cannot accept any liability for this. Furthermore, the ornamental chippings and ornamental gravel (bulk goods) can contain undersized and oversized grains in different amounts. This is also not a reason for complaint! Most of our varieties are washed but are not labeled as such. Therefore this is not a contractual basis.

The color of the stones can be lighter after processing. After a few showers, the strong color of the natural stones really comes out. Black stones in particular are lighter at the beginning (dust in the pores).

The stone dust and possibly sand contained in the pavement and bulk material (decorative grit and gravel) is caused by the multiple handling (bulk material) and the crushing process and does not justify a complaint.

In the case of used plasters, we keep the foreign components such as sand, splitting, etc. as low as possible by hand sorting or loading with a skeleton shovel, but residual materials that are still contained do not entitle a complaint.

Redemptions

Material returns are voluntary and only take place after consultation with us and against a credit note to be offset. For this, we charge a return fee of 50% of the value of the goods, but at least $ 30.00.

Packagings

Packaging materials (big bags, pallets, foils, boxes, pieces of wood, etc.) become the property of the client. The client takes on the disposal at its own expense.

Transport lock

When collecting goods from our warehouse in Graben-Neudorf, every freight forwarder, driver, vehicle owner, forwarding agent or self-collector is responsible for securing the goods and complying with the permissible loading weight. We are not responsible for improperly transported goods and goods or overloading. They are secured with tension belts and / or nets and tarpaulins.

Loading

The instruction for loading by our specialist staff is carried out by the person collecting it. We can only load trucks and suitable trailers with our handling equipment. Loading into cars and other closed vehicles and on unsuitable trailers is generally carried out by the person collecting the goods. In the event that we support you with such loading, this is only done with an exemption from liability.

Storage place and exhibition

The instructions of our warehouse staff must be followed. The storage area may only be entered after we have given our approval and only at walking pace. Registration for collection takes place in the office. Parents are responsible for their children.
